Cancellation and Refund Policy for IFTOOK

At IFTOOK, we strive to provide a positive experience for all of our users. However, if you are not satisfied with our services or need to cancel your subscription, we are here to assist you. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Subscription Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription to IFTOOK at any time. Cancellations can be processed through the following steps:

In-App Cancellation: Navigate to your profile settings, then select the “Subscription” section. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
Email Cancellation: You may also email us at support@iftook.com with your request for cancellation. Please include your account details for verification.
Once you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current term.

  1. Refund Policy
    Refunds for payments made on IFTOOK are available under the following conditions:

Accidental Subscription: If you were charged for a subscription by mistake or if you believe there was an error with your account, please contact our customer support team at support@iftook.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your case and may offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, please reach out to us at support@iftook.com. We will evaluate your concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund if warranted. Refunds will only be considered within the first 30 days of subscription.
Non-Refundable Charges: Some fees or purchases, such as virtual gifts, upgrades, or one-time purchases, may not be eligible for a refund once they are processed.

  1. Termination by IFTOOK
    IFTOOK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in activity that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription time.
